What does Case Management look like?
Once enrolled into the Safe Parking Program, program participants will automatically be assigned a case manager. Only program participants will have access to our comprehensive case management services.
Case managers will help assess challenges towards finding housing and help come up with solutions. They support by providing accountability, resources, and plans for next steps. Case Managers also help refer clients to needed job training, housing assistance programs, medical assistance, and more.
